Photocopy of
Birth Certificate with ID number for nationals, or photocopy of passport for
foreigners.

Photocopy of
updated vaccine record.
4.
Three recent
photographs, passport size.
5.
A statement from
the Finance Department of the previous educational institution attended,
certifying financial situation. (If applicable).
6.
Completed admission application form.
7.
For Kinder and
Preparatory, there must be an approved admission test.
8.
Receipt indicating
payment of admission test and registration.
